1. How to Submit a Request
You may send a privacy-rights request to MACHEX LTD, owner of Machex, by email at info@machex.com or by post to the registered office below. You do not have to use this form for GDPR requests. The additional signed submission methods below remain available for requests under Articles 11 and 13 of Turkish Law No. 6698 and the relevant application rules where they apply.

GDPR requests are answered without undue delay and normally within one month. If a lawful extension is needed, we will explain it within that month. Requests under the applicable KVKK procedure are answered within thirty days. Replies are sent in writing or electronically.
